I created Aesthetically Aligned Fitness to help women 40 and up feel strong and confident in their bodies without burning out or buying into extremes. We'll rebuild balance, muscle, and momentum through smart training, supportive nutrition, and root-cause work—one step at a time.

How I Got Here
Fitness has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. From competitive sports to postpartum recovery, I’ve experienced the highs, the hard resets, and everything in between.
After becoming a mom and working through my own healing and mindset shifts, I realized that most fitness advice wasn’t designed for people who juggle full lives and shifting needs. So, I took my background in athletics, my passion for strength, and my certifications in personal training and nutrition, and started building something different.
I’m not just a coach. I’m a full-spectrum human. When I’m not programming workouts or talking macros, you’ll probably find me on a walk with my family, testing a new recipe, or lifting with a podcast in my ears. I believe in lifting heavy, resting fully, and making space for joy.
Today, as a certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Coach, and Integrative Health Practitioner L1, I work with women across the country to help them feel strong, supported, and more in control of their health.
